Reviewers Guidelines

Vagisha International Multidisciplinary Research Journal invites qualified academicians, researchers, scientists, and professionals to serve as Editorial and Peer Review Board Members. As an international multidisciplinary platform, Vagisha International Multidisciplinary Research Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic quality, research integrity, and ethical publishing practices.

To strengthen scholarly communication and ensure the quality of published research, Vagisha International Multidisciplinary Research Journal welcomes experts from diverse disciplines including Arts, Science, Humanities, Commerce, Education, Technology, and allied interdisciplinary fields. Contributions, suggestions, and active participation from Editorial and Reviewer Board members are highly valued and appreciated.

Editorial / Reviewer Board Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet one of the following academic requirements:

  • Hold a Ph.D. (Doctorate) and be currently working as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in a recognized college, institute, or university
    OR

  • Hold a Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience as an Assistant Professor, in accordance with UGC norms

Additionally, applicants must:

  • Have demonstrated expertise in their specific research domain

  • Have published at least five (5) research papers in international journals and/or reputed conference proceedings

  • Be willing to adhere to ethical peer-review and publication standards

Following approval by the Editorial Committee, selected candidates will be notified and their profiles will be included on the Editorial / Reviewer Board of Vagisha International Multidisciplinary Research Journal.

Responsibilities of the Peer Reviewer

Peer reviewers play a critical role in ensuring the academic quality and credibility of Vagisha International Multidisciplinary Research Journal. Reviewers are expected to critically evaluate manuscripts within their area of expertise and provide objective, constructive, and scholarly feedback to authors and editors.

Reviewers should assess manuscripts with respect to:

  • Originality and contribution to knowledge

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope

  • Methodological soundness and research design

  • Clarity, structure, and academic presentation

  • Ethical compliance and research integrity

Before Accepting a Review Assignment

Reviewers are requested to consider the following:

  • If the manuscript does not match your area of expertise, please inform the editor promptly and, where possible, recommend an alternative qualified reviewer

  • Reviews should normally be completed within two (2) weeks

    • If you are unable to meet this deadline, please notify the editor immediately

  • All manuscripts and related correspondence must be treated as strictly confidential

  • Reviewers must decline review invitations where conflicts of interest exist, including personal, professional, institutional, or collaborative relationships with the authors

Confidentiality and Ethical Standards

Reviewers must:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all submitted materials

  • Not use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage

  • Follow ethical standards consistent with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines
