The expected findings suggest that skill development plays a significant role in enhancing critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and self-reliance among students. It also highlights that experiential learning, and multidisciplinary approaches are key drivers in promoting holistic development. However, challenges such as lack of infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and implementation gaps may hinder effective execution.  In conclusion, the study underscores that skill development is essential for realizing the vision of holistic education under NEP 2020.
