Author Guideline

Vagisha International Multidisciplinary Research Journal accepts manuscripts submitted either as email attachments at editor@vimrj.com or via the Online Submission Link on the journal website: https://vimrj.com.

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts formatted according to the VIMRJ Paper Template to ensure smooth and fast processing.

Manuscript Criteria

All submitted manuscripts must adhere to the following standards:

  1. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and free from plagiarism.

  2. Manuscripts must not contain more than 20% AI-generated content, in line with the journal’s AI-use policy.

  3. The content must be clear, concise, and unambiguous.

  4. Data must be accurate, valid, and reproducible.

  5. Discussions and conclusions must be reasonable, evidence-based, and well-supported.

  6. Manuscripts should be relevant, innovative, and of interest to the multidisciplinary research community.

Preparation of Manuscripts

Authors should prepare manuscripts in the following order:

  1. Title

  2. Abstract

  3. Keywords

  4. Introduction

  5. Materials & Methods / Methodology

  6. Results & Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. References

The main manuscript should be formatted according to the VIMRJ Paper Template (available on the journal website).

Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in English or Hindi.

  • Accepted file formats: MS Word (.doc or .docx) only.

  • Use the VIMRJ Paper Template to ensure compliance with journal formatting standards.

Review and Publication Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two expert members of the editorial board.

  • Authors will receive acceptance or rejection notification via email within 5–15 days of submission.

  • Upon acceptance, authors are required to submit the following:

  1. Copyright Agreement Form – scanned copy with handwritten signature

  2. Author Undertaking Form – scanned copy with handwritten signature

  3. Publication Fee Proof – nominal publication charges apply

  • Accepted papers will be published at the end of the month after submission of all required documents.

Note: Manuscript submission and initial processing are free of charge. Publication charges apply only after acceptance.

  • Thesis / Dissertation Publication (Online)
